On May 15th 2025, it was announced that The Icelandic Technology Development Fund managed by Rannís (The Icelandic Centre for Research) had awarded KALDUR Therapeutics 15 million ISK ( approx 100.000 EUR) for the project “A novel therapeutic target for preventing neurological damage after hypoxic brain injury”
